Chester F. C.	Chester Football Club also ask for a match at
		Chester and it was agreed to offer them 3rd
		September 1902, they paying our out of pocket
		expenses.

Messrs Cuff & Elliott The Hon. Secretary read a letter from The
(suspension)	Football Association dated 16 July 1902
		that the Committee had considered the
		application to mitigate the penalties in the
		cases of Mr. Cuff and Elliott but that they
		could not alter the decision with regard to
		Mr. Cuff but the Club could pay Elliott
		half wages during the Term of his suspension.

Transfer list	A letter dated 18 July 1902 was also read
		from The Football League that the Committee
		agreed to add certain names to our transfer
		list which we had omitted to send but
		imposed a fine of one guinea for sending
		incomplete list.
		They also intimated that they would not
		interfere between ourselves and Bristol City
		regarding Bert Sharp's transfer.

Bert Sharp	A letter dated 11 July 1902 from Bristol City
		was read stating that our transfer fee of £75
		for Bert Sharp was prohibitive & the Hon.
		Secretary was asked to write them for their
		best offer.

W. J. Dixon	W. J. Dixon, inside right, having asked for
		a trial it was agreed that he should have one
		provided he would get his release from
		Prescot & sign a professional form for us.
