[A meeting of the Board of Directors was held at Goodison Park on Tuesday 8 July 1902.] Present. Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Mr. Clayton " Coates " Bainbridge " Davies " Kelly " Kirkwood " Whitford " Wright The minutes of the last meeting were read, approved and signed. Insurance of The Hon. Secretary read a letter from the players. Ocean Accident Guarantee Corporation regarding the insurance of the players and the matter was left in his hands to interview the Insurance Co. Dr. Moore Dr. Baxter having been unable to see. Dr. Moore with reference to his resignation. Mr. Coates offered to do so in his stead. Paving Walton The Hon. Secretary was requested to write Lane. the Town Clerk asking him to arrange for the Heath Committee to receive a deputation of our Directors re the paving of Walton Lane sidewalk.
