Secretary submitted estimates for a band to play at Goodison Park during League, Cup-Tie and Friendly matches and it was resolved to re-engage Tranmere Gleam Silver Prize Band for the season 1902-1903 on the same terms as last season, viz. £3 per match. The band to pay all their own Expenses. Street land Dr. Baxter and Messrs Clayton, Mahon were asked to approach the Rector of Walton re the street land at the North West corner of Goodison Park.
