		re-arrangement of the stand accommodation
		and the most suitable position for the band stand.

Paving of	Dr. Baxter, Messrs Mahon, Whitford were appointed
Walton Lane	a deputation to wait upon the Health
		Committee regarding the paving of the East
		side walk in Walton Lane.

Band		The Hon. Secretary submitted estimates for
		a band to play at Goodison Park during
		League, Cup-Tie and Friendly matches and
		it was resolved to re-engage Tranmere
		Gleam Silver Prize Band for the season
		1902-1903 on the same terms as last season,
		viz. £3 per match. The band to pay all
		their own Expenses.

Street land	Dr. Baxter and Messrs Clayton, Mahon were
		asked to approach the Rector of Walton re
		the street land at the North West corner of
		Goodison Park.

Mr. F. J. Cox	The Hon. Secretary was requested to write
		Mr. F. J. Cox that his advertising account
		had not been paid according to contract
		and that it must be paid in full in
		fourteen days from date. Failing which
		the Directors would in all probability have
		no alternative but to cancel his agreement.
