and arrange with either Trawden Forest or

Combination fixture at Everton on 1st Sept/02.
Insurance of The Hon. Secretary was requested to
Players write to the Ocean Accident Corporation
regarding the Insurance of our players
during the coming season.
Medical Officer After discussion the appointment of a
Medical Officer to the Club was held over
but in the meantime Dr. Baxter was to
see Dr. Moore and arrange with him to
send in his resignation.
Board Meetings Mr. Mahon's motion re place and time
of meeting was deferred to the next meeting.
Mortgage on land It was resolved that £1000 be paid off the
mortgage of the land and Dr. Baxter having
agreed to three months' notice from date
the Hon. Secretary was requested to
notify him to this effect.
Repairs The ground and stands requiring certain
overhauling and repair, it was agreed
that the Grounds Committee proceed with
the work at once and to do whatever
they considered necessary.
