An Emergency meeting of the Board of Directors was held at 16 Lord St. on Friday 20th June 1902. Present Dr. Baxter (in the chair) " Coates " Kirkwood " Mahon " Whitford Mr. Wright Williamson The Hon. Secretory read a letter he had received from John Marshall regarding Williamson signing for the Hearts of Midlothian. After discussion the matter was remitted to Dr. Whitford to Write Williamson offering him an engagement at £2.10/- per week all the year round. Also to Write to Marshall.
