[A meeting of the Board of Directors was held at Goodison Park on Tuesday 10 June 1902.] Present. Mr. B. Kelly (in the chair) Dr. Baxter Mr. Bainbridge " Clayton " Coates " Davies " Kirkwood Dr. Whitford Mr. Wright The Minutes of the last meeting and of the Annual General Meeting was read, approved and signed. Chairman Dr. Baxter was elected chairman of the Company. Vice-chairman Mr. John Davies was elected vice-chairman of the Company. Sub Committees The formation of the Grounds, Advertising, Stores and Fixtures Committees was referred to the Chairman, vice-chairman and Mr. Kelly to suggest names for the approval of the Board. Board Meetings Resolved that Board Meetings be held regularly on Tuesday in each week at 7.30 pm at Goodison Park.
