L'pool Senr. Cup The Secretary having read invitation from the
L'pool Association to compete for the Cup it was
resolved that he write consenting.
The Secretary read Mr. Lancelot's undertaking
for the safe custody of the Secondary Schools Shield
the same was approved & he was instructed
to write & send release to Mr. from any
further liability.
The Secretary having read an application from
Lancashire Combination to nominate two
players it was resolved that the names of
Clarke and Singleton be sent.
Resolved that the Secretary write the Arbroath
F. C. re Clarke and Carrie.
The Deputation appointed having reported an
invitation to the Lord Mayor (this acceptance) to our forthcoming
match with Sunderland, the Secretary was
instructed to write Messrs Russell, Willox,
Town Clerk, Councillors & wives, City Engineer
& Mr. Bellamy inviting them also.
