[Emergency Meeting of Directors held on the
11th September 1901.]
Present Messrs B. Kelly, (in the chair) Baxter, Bainbridge, Cuff,
Coates, Davies, Kirkwood, Whitford and Wright.
Mr. Kirkwood having made a statement relative to the
condition of the Secretary on the 30th August 1901 at Goodison
Park, and after reading the statement of the office boy
(F. Kneen) and also after hearing the Secretary's explanation.
It was unanimously resolved that Mr. Molyneux be
suspended from his office as Secretary to the Company &
pending further investigation into the charges against him
and that in the meantime Mr. W. C. Cuff act as Secretary.
