Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Cox Having applied for engagement: the Sec. write to the
Liverpool F.C. stating the fact & enquire of prepared
to transfer to us & terms.
J. Bell left over.
Clark Resolved we negotiate with Hamilton Aces. for his
transfer on best terms & wages about £3 but the
deputation have discretionary power to a few Shillings.
Patterson Resolved we negotiate with Royal Albert with powers
as re Clark.
Mr. Bainbridge & the Sec. go re above tomorrow.
Roche engagement confirmed as per agreement.
Fixture with Tottenham Hotspur on Jany. 2nd. be made (home).
Terms guarantee £30 half gross over £60.
Lan. Combination Invitation to club representatives to Lunch & Dinner on
June 8th at Hotel Victoria New Brighton at the club's
expense be approved Messrs Clayton, Bainbridge & Sec. to
make the arrangements.
