W. Williams Resolved we pass a vote of censure upon him for his
turnstile man conduct & that before he be re engaged. he apologise
to Mr. Swann.
Campbell Resolved he be suspended until such time as he appears
before the Directors, when the Directors reserve all rights
in dealing with his case.
Bye Laws Resolved we have bye laws printed & one given to each
player - also 1 framed & hung in dressing rooms.
Fraser of Moffat Resolved Mr Griffiths try & arrange for him to come down
and play v Burton Swifts or Bootle or both as a trial and that
we pay him liberal expenses.
Baths Resolved we get an annual Ticket (21) for J. Holt
as per his application.

Advance to Resolved this matter be left in the hands of the
Holt Chairman to grant request or otherwise.
Hot Pot Fund Resolved we allow cages to be fixed on the ground
for subscriptions to the fund.
