Wolstenholme	Resolved the engagement of Wolstenholme be confirmed
		terms 30/- per week & if he improves to be advanced to £2.10.0
		on Jany. 1st with an additional 10/- every time he plays
		with first team. Entwistle to be paid £10 bonus.

Directors in charge of Gate - Messrs Baxter & Brooks.

Hartley		Resolved we offer Hartley to Liverpool if they give
		us a fair price for transfer.
