		petition & say the Directors having come to satisfactory
		arrangements with Canon Leigh & his Solicitors, the matter

Present		W. R. Clayton Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Bainbridge, Baxter,
		Brooks, Crawshaw, Cuff, Davies, Kelly, Keates & Prescott.

Minutes		of last meeting read & confirmed.

Team	v	W. B. Albion - same as selected for Saturday last with
		Balmer as reserve for Meehan.

Team	v	Tranmere Rovers - McFarlane, Balmer, Barker, Wolstenholme,
		Hughes, Stewart, Williams, Cornett, Hulligan, Barlow, Schofield.

Team	v	Albion (W. B. Cup) - McFarlane, Balmer, Storrier, Wolstenholme,
		Holt, Stewart, Taylor, J. Bell, L. Bell, Chadwick, Divers.

Barker		Resolved we offer Barker to Wolves in exchange for Blackell
		& if necessary pay them £50 in addition.

Wolstenholme	Resolved we engage him on best terms at once. Mr. Clayton
		& the Secretary to arrange matter.

Littlejohn	Resolved we give him £25 in full settlement of liability
		for wages to April 30th.

Gillon		Resolved we offer him same terms to go as Littlejohn.

Clerk		Motion withdrawn.

Directors in charge of Gate - Messrs Clayton & Keates.

Charity Sports	Resolved we get 4 Silver Medals for Sefton Harriers
		& pay then 5/- deposit (refund).

L'pool & District Resolved we take 10/- worth of Tickets for
Combn.		their Smoker.

208 Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms.
