				EVERTON FOOTBALL CLUB COMPANY LIMITED.

						GOODISON PARK,
							LIVERPOOL, 1st June, 1897.

		    DEAR SIR,
			    I am instructed by the Directors to inform you that
		the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of the above Company will
		be held on FRIDAY, the 11th of JUNE, at Eight o'clock sharp in
		the PICTON LECTURE HALL, WILLIAM BROWN STREET. Admission on
		presentation of this Notice.

			The Directors recommend the payment of a Dividend at the
		rate of 5 per cent. per annum on called-up Capital.

			It is with deep regret that the Directors announce the death
		of one of their colleagues, the late Mr. A. E. LEYLAND, who in the
		ordinary course would have retired along with Messrs. BROOKS and
		CLAYTON, whose term of office has now expired.

			Herewith please find Statement of Accounts for Season ending
		April 3oth, 1897.
