Players Engaged Resolved the engagement of players for season
1897-98 1897-98 with terms as set out on memo. be
confirmed. Memo. to be signed by the Chairman.
Clerk of Works Resolved the engagement of Mr. Lindsay be
confirmed Salary £2.10.0 per week.
Muir Resolved the transfer from Kilmarnock F. C.
for £45 be confirmed.
Annual Meeting Resolved we hold it on June 11th or nearest
date thereto when Hall is dis-engaged : at 8.0.
Retiring Directors Resolved the re-election of Messrs Brooks & Clayton
be recommended to the Shareholders by the Chairman.
