Davies, Kelly & Prescott.
Competition for Resolved our 2nd team be entered for the
2nd Team Football Combination.
Increase in League Resolved we do not vote for in favour of increase.
Lancashire F. A. Resolved we enter for Cup next season & that Messrs
Clayton, Crawshaw & the Sec. wait upon the Assocn.
to request that the earlier rounds of the Cup Competition
be played on other days than Saturdays.
Transfer of Shares Resolved that in future particulars of transfer be stated
on Agenda paper each week & enclosed in envelopes
with notices of meetings.
New Stand It was reported by Sub Committee that our offer
of £3200.0.0 had been accepted by the Contractors
(Roberts & Robinson) which was confirmed.
Agents Fees Resolved Little have an additional £10 bonus
for securing McFarlane.
Lan. Cup Request Resolved the request of the Football Association
for loan of Lan. Cup to Crystal Palace be granted also
Combn. Cup.
Architect Resolved we pay Mr. Woodhouse £50 on a/c of fee.
H. Hammond Resolved we do not entertain his engagement.
