New Stand Mr. Clayton proposed & Mr. Crawshaw seconded and it was "Resolved we offer Messrs Roberts & Robinson £3200.0.0 to build the Stand." Players Resolved the offer made to Boyle be increased to £5 per week. McClintock Resolved Mr. Crawshaw & the Sec. go to Burnley & get terms for transfer of McClintock. Accounts Liverpool F. C. £160.14.2. Douglas Resolved we engage him @ 30/- per week. Lan. Assocn. Resolved we nominate Mr. Prescott for Division 5 Committee of the Lan. F. A.
