Minutes of last Meeting read & confirmed.
Semi Final Resolved we accept offer of Burnley £75 in addition to their
Lan. Cup share of Gate to play here on Feby. 20th instead of
on neutral ground.
English Cup Resolved the bonus be £2 for a win and
Bonus should they win the Cup they have £20 each.
Team v North End same as last Saturday.
Team v Middleton same as last Saturday except Maley
instead of Conway.
Directors in charge of Gate Messrs Prescott & Davies.
Director to Middleton Mr. Bainbridge.
Band for Saturday Matter left with Chairman to engage one
at cost not exceeding 3 Guineas.
New Stand Sub Committee reported interview with Architect
Mr. Woodhouse & their decision after which it was
Resolved "That it is the opinion of this Board
that a new Stand should be built during the
close Season.
Resolved the Sec. arrange with Architect to get a
lithographed plan to submit to Shareholders, date of
Meeting to be fixed by the Directors at next Meeting.
