Meeting of Directors held Thursday Aug 4th 1892 on the Ground
Present G. Mahon Esq. (presiding) Messrs Coates, Clayton, Davies,
Baxter, Griffiths.
Entrances on Resolved that we have four Turnstiles erected at
Ground each of the Gateways in Goodison Road say 8 in all
Goodison Rd & that Kelly Bros be asked to give contract for the necessary
work Viz. 2 pairs of folding doors at each gate & C.
Cemetry Side Resolved that we have two Turnstiles erected at each
of the 2 end Gateways say 4 in all on same principal
as above & 4 Ticket entrances in hoarding behind Stand
all members & Season Ticket holders to come through
small wicket door
Office on Ground Resolved that the Office be fixed near gateway opposite
Eaton St. & elevated 4 feet & having a direct entrance
from the road.

245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth |
286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. |
295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. |
365 | Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship |
444 | Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc. |
