St. Lukes Resolved we do not make any offer for the Church
Church it not being required by us.
Bonus for Resolved a Sub Committee consisting of
last Saturday Dr. Baxter, Messrs Clayton & Davies be appointed to
meet the Capn. and Sub Capn. re this matter & say
that until the Players accept the bonus £1 offered as
is usual, the Directors will not consider the matter of
a further present. The Sub Committee to have power
to give any extra amount they deem advisable.
The Sub Committee also to deal with the question of
a weeks wages the old Players say they have missed.
Notice of Motion by Mr. Clayton to pay £1000 off Mortgage a fortnight
hence.
Trial to Stirling Resolved we give him a trial in goal.
