Ground		consideration that a special meeting be called for
		Thursday next at 7 P.M.

Practise Ground	Resolved that the Secretary see Rep. of the Stanley
		F.C. re training on their Ground & make the necessary
		arrangements for Monday next.

Capn. & Sub's	This matter left over until next meeting.

Dewar		Resolved that the Secretary write & explain about the
		Picnic & ask him to be down if possible.

Margerison	Resolved that Margerison be invited to the Picnic at
		Company's expense.

Holt & Chadwicks Resolved that the agreements with Chadwick & Holt
Agreement	 be confirmed: they each to receive £50 on Sep 15th 1892
		 and £50 on Sep 15th 1893 each.

Stores &c 	Resolved that the old Stores be valued at £5 &
valuation	 all the office utensils at cost price.

Linesman	Resolved that Mr. Griffiths be appointed Linesman
		for League Team.

Directors to go	Resolved that one Director accompany Linesman
to matches	to away matches at the Company's expense.
