Depreciations Resolved the depreciation to be written off accounts be
Stands &c. as follows.

Preliminary Expenses 50.0.0
Balance Sheet Resolved the draft be passed.
Latta Resolved Mr. Prescott & the Sec. see Latta re a/c.
Sports Committee reported Players could not have races
at Amateur Sports. Authorised by Directors to
prepare programme & report to next Meeting.
Little's a/c Resolved Little be paid £5 re Taylor and a
further £5 to cover expenses re Players not engaged.
2nd Team Resolved the question of entering Lan. Combn. or
Competition remaining in Football Combn. be left with
Mr. Clayton & the Sec. If 10 or more Clubs we
remain in F. Combination.
Trainer Resolved Mr. Blackmore be engaged as Trainer.
Terms £2 per week from 1st August to first Saturday
in May 1897 with bonuses same as paid to Players
for wins in League & Cup Ties &c.

208 | Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms. |
211 | Reserve Team to have a gold medal each. |
243 | Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team |
245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth |
286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. |
295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. |
365 | Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship |
