Semi final	Secretary reported the Association had decided to play
		semi final here on the 21st inst.

Present		Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Messrs Cuff, Davies, Crawshaw, Leyland,

McCreadie	Resolved we do not engage him.

Trial matches	Resolved that as many of the Directors as can possibly
in Glasgow	make it convenient to go - do so. They to have power
		to sign any Players on League forms.

Team	v	North End - Hartley play instead of Cameron.
