Present Dr. Baxter (in the chair) Messrs Cuff, Crawshaw, Clayton, Brooks,
Bainbridge, Davies, Kelly, Leyland & Prescott.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Kelso Resolved we tell West Bromwich we cannot transfer Kelso
at present owing to crippled condition of team.
Hinton Resolved Solicitors be instructed to proceed in matter.
Teams Left over for selection on Thursday at 7-30.
Training Resolved the training be renewed & that Hartley &
Williams be included.
Directors to Notts - Mr Prescott in charge & the Secretary go.
Bonus for E. Cup. Same as last year - reserve Player going to Notts to
have bonus.
Checkers - Resolved we accept Mr. H. Shelton's offer to provide 12
checkers @ 3/6 ea on Saturday next.
Cup Tie Resolved we agree to Notts providing 12 drays
on Saturday & we join cost as per letter.
Telegrams Resolved we get Radford Press Agency to send us
6 wires for 5/- on Saturday.
County Court Resolved Dr. Baxter see Solicitors & instruct
Summons them to defend case.
Lan. Cup tie Resolved the Secretary reply to letter say we
v Fleetwood played our best available team (owing to accidents)
against Fleetwood Rangers.
