Holt		The Secretary read a letter received from our Solicitors.
		Resolved a Sub Committee be appointed to see Holt's
		Solicitor with Mr. Kirk & that they be empowered
		to arrange terms. Messrs Baxter, Clayton & Crawshaw
		to form the Committee.

Excursion to	Resolved we guarantee an Excursion on Sep. 14th
Bolton		the Secretary arranging same.

Programmes	Resolved the Adv. Contractors publish & sell programme
		on Monday next.
