Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Latta Resolved Latta be engaged from date to April 30th at
£3 per week.
Charity Resolved we play a night match on Nov. 5th by Wells
match Light with a display of fireworks after and that the proceeds
be given as the Directors may determine for the benefit of
the Hospital Saturday Fund. The Life Boat Fund & the
Stanley Hospital that medals be given to the winning team.
Holt's Case Resolved the Secretary consult our Solicitors re this matter.
Assessment Resolved we appeal against the assessment.
R. Jones Resolved we give him £5 towards his benefit fund &
forgo the amount he owes for expenses.
Stewards to Resolved we invite the Stewards to the Picnic at
Picnic Freshfield on the 26th.
Practice matches Monday Aug. 19th & Saturday Aug. 24th 1895.
Baseball match Resolved we allow the Association the use of our
Ground on Saturday July 31st on condition they protect
with Police & make good any damage.

245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth |
286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. |
295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. |
