[Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in the Picton Lecture Hall, Monday July 1st 1895] Chairman Resolved Dr. Whitford take the chair. Directors to Resolved that the period of Service of the Directors Retire shall be determined according to the number of votes received & so that those receiving the highest number shall serve for the longest period. Result of Voting The Chairman announced the result as follows Dr. Baxter 307 Mr. Leyland 198 Mr. Kelly 264 " Davies 165 " Clayton 218 and declared them duly elected. Vote of Thanks Resolved that a hearty Vote of Thanks be tendered to Messrs Mahon, Coates, Griffiths, Read, Wilson & Atkinson for their past services to the Club. A Vote of thanks to the Chairman concluded the business.
