[Adjourned Extra Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders held in the Picton Lecture Hall, Monday July 1st 1895] Chairman Resolved Dr. Whitford take the chair. Press Resolved the Press be admitted. Directors to Resolved that the period of Service of the Directors shall Retire be determined according to the number of votes received and so that those receiving the highest number shall serve for the longest period. Mr. Mahon stated in answer to a question from the chair that he & the 4 Directors who had resigned had decided not to take Office. Result of The Chairman announced the result as follows Voting Mr. Prescott 300 Mr. Bainbridge 186 " Crawshaw 265 " Cuff 169 " Brooks 225 & declared them duly elected. This concluded the business of the meeting.
