Special General Resolved a Special Meeting of the Shareholders be
Meeting called on Thursday or Friday June 20th or 21st to
elect 5 Directors. The Sec. to arrange for
Picton Lecture Hall.
Dividend Resolved the Dividend payable to Shareholders
be proceeded with on same lines as last year.
