Training for	Resolved the following Players to Freshfield on
Sunderland Match Monday next after the Match & stay until Friday & go
		thence to Durham viz. Hillman, Kelso, Parry, Boyle, Holt,
		Stewart, Williams, Bell, Hartley, Chadwick & Geary
		and that Messrs Griffiths, Clayton & the Secretary have
		power to send any others they may think necessary.

Boyd		Resolved we offer Darwen £25 for transfer of Boyd.

Fixtures	Resolved the Milwall & Southampton Matches be
		cancelled, but the Secretary do offer to play them after
		Villa Match.

Trainer		left over until next Meeting.

Transfer of Shares 3 from T. D. McCarthy to Wm McGeagh 2848/1306/1307
		5 from A. R. Evans to A. Carson 244/247 & 2283.
Secondary Schools Resolved the suggestions re Plates &c. be carried
