A Special General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company
	held Friday March 22nd 1895.

Chairman	Resolved Mr. Mahon take the Chair.

Press		Resolved the Press be admitted to the Meeting.

Notice of Meeting Secretary read the notice convening the Meeting.

Contract	Mr. Cornett (North, Kirk & Cornett) read Terms of Contract.

Purchase of	Proposed by Mr. Mahon seconded by Mr. Jackson
Ground		"That this Meeting do approve of and adopt the Contract
		entered into by the Everton Football Club Co. Ld. on the 12th inst.
		for the purchase of the Football Ground now used by the Club.
		Epitome of the Contract & plan of which are set out herewith".
		The Resolution was carried unanimously.

Vote of Condolence Resolved this Meeting of Shareholders do express deep
to Mr. Coates	sympathy with Mr. Coates (Chairman of Directors) in
		the loss sustained by the death of his wife.

Vote of thanks	to the Chairman concluded the business.

211 Reserve Team to have a gold medal each.
243 Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team
245 Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth
286 Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required.
295 Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office.
365 Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship
444 Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc.
