J. Southworth Resolved no wages be paid to Southworth & that he be suspended for failing to carry out instructions re special treatment at Manchester. Bonus for Resolved we offer team same Bonus as last year Cup Ties for Lancashire & English Cup as resolution of Jany 8th 1894. Combination Resolved we give the Players same bonus as last Championship year. Stoke F.C. Resolved the action of the Secretary in declining to play Stoke a benefit Match be confirmed.
