Accounts Resolved the payment of amounts enumerated by
not authorised auditors & not previously confirmed be now confirmed.
Annual accounts
& Balance Sheet Resolved we deduct 10% off Fixtures &c. and 20%
preliminary expenses.
Stores value at £50.
Dividend Recommend the payment of a dividend
at the rate of 5% per annum on called up Capital
Balance Sheet be approved.
Annual Meeting Resolved it be held on Monday June 18th, but if the
Room should be engaged the Chairman & Secretary do
arrange for suitable date.
Directors to Resolved the retiring Directors number three &
retire that they be Messrs Davies, Leyland & Baxter. These
Gentlemen having stated their willingness to resign.
Vice President Resolved we nominate Mr. Clayton.
