Ticket Holders Resolved the Sec write Mr. Clarke re his taking Boy
through on his Ticket (self) last Saturday.
Accounts Resolved Mr. Cuff's expenses to Wolverhampton on Nov. 18th
be paid by the Club.
J. Prescott. Resolved we pay him £75 in settlement
of his charges as Architect.

Bonuses Resolved that the minute of July 6th 1893 requiring a receipt
Book for bonuses paid, being now rescinded it is an
instruction to the auditors that as from 1st Sep last the
signature of the Director paying bonuses shall be deemed
a sufficient receipt for same.
