Meeting of Directors held July 11th 1892

Minutes		of last meeting read & Confirmed.

Allotment of	Resolved that the following be allotted
Shares		shares as per their applications viz. :-

	382	(2) J. Davies		131 Stanley Road.

	384	(3) J. Bailey		50 Melbourne St.
	385	(5) R. Abram		38 Medlock St.
	386	(3) Jas G. Patterson	12 Yew Tree Rd. Walton.

Debenture	Resolved that this matter be left in the

	Everton football Club Co.,							VI.—The team shall be complete before leaving the dressing room, and must

											VII.—All articles for use of the Players, provided by the Directors, are the

												The above Bye-laws having been passed at a meeting of the
											Directors held on Monday, July 11th, 1892, are binding.

295 Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office.
365 Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship
444 Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc.
