Meeting of Directors held July 4th 1892

Present		G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Griffiths, Davies, Clayton. Leyland,
		Atkinson, Jackson, Coates, Dr. Baxter & the Secretary.

Minutes		of last Meeting read & confirmed.

Transfer Tickets Mr. Davies gave notice of motion to alter price of transfer tickets
		from Members Covd. Stand to Reserved portion.

McKeown		Resolved that the Secretary write & say that we are prepared to
		allow the repayment of money (due to the Club) to stand over until
		season commences say September next provided he gives security.

Players Engagements Resolved that the agreement with Geary be confirmed viz. to play
		for Season 1893-94 terms £3 per week & the nett proceeds of a	
		match between first teams on Sep 11th or between that & 18th Sep 1893
		also with Bell & Boyle of Dumbarton.

Seal		Resolved that the seal be affixed in the presence of the
		Chairman (Mr. Mahon) & Secretary or any two Directors & the Secretary.

Athletic Sports Resolved that Mr. Clayton have authority to arrange for same to
		be held on any Saturday in August & that they be held on
		the Police Athletic Grounds.

Old Sports Com. Resolved that they be called together on Wednesday the 13th
		Inst at 7.30 at Bradford Hotel.

Petty Cash	Resolved that the Sec. have £10 for Petty Cash.

Ground Com. &	Resolved that the Ground Com. get plans & report to next
entrances	meeting.
EVENTS
43 Agreed that the Secretary arrange eggs, sherry and coffee for the players’ training in the morning
73 Agreed that the Club should pay the players’ expenses for joining the Liverpool gym at reduced rates
91 F. Geary appeared before the directors concerning his behaviour towards the spectators.
113 Agreed to give a match at Goodison Park for the benefit match for the unwaged.
132 Resolved that a letter be written to Porcupine saying the explanation re: stoppage of draws is not satisfactory.
208 Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms.
211 Reserve Team to have a gold medal each.
243 Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team
245 Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth
286 Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required.
295 Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office.
365 Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship
444 Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc.
