Date of Resolved we held the next Annual Meeting during Annual Meeting the month of June. Tellers for Resolved Messrs Bowler, Montgomery, Jackson, Voting Crosbie, McKie, Keates, Ashton & Robinson be appointed tellers to conduct votes for Election of Directors. Nomination of The following resolution was carried unanimously Directors "That for the ensuing year Mr. Geo Mahon be elected & President President of the Club with full power to attend any meeting of the Directors & to vote thereat a seat on the Board being reserved to carry this out". Messrs B. Kelly, J. Read, W. Wilson, F. Hall & A. J. Weddell were proposed for the directorate, but previous to the close of voting Messrs Hall & Weddell withdrew their names. Voting resulted B. Kelly 262 J. Read 179 W. Wilson 130 The Chairman declaring Messrs Kelly & Read elected.
