Deputation	Resolved that Mr. Griffiths go to Scotland this week
to Scotland	to sign on Boyle.

Accounts	Resolved that the following amounts be paid

Name of Ground	Resolved that the Football Ground be called
		"Goodison Park".

Finance Committee Resolved that the Finance Committee meet on Thursday
		next at 6.30.

Turnstiles	Resolved that Mr. Atkinson get information for next
		meeting.

Geary		Resolved that Geary be engaged for Season 1893-94
		at £3 per week with the nett proceeds of a midweek
		match as a benefit on that Season.

Barton for 	Resolved that Mr Griffiths be empowered to sign
Sodding		certificate for payment of £25 provided he gets
		an agreement that the work shall be completed by
		July 7th 1892.

Treasurers'	Resolved that Mr. Jackson prepare a statement
Statement	of accounts & complete Books of the EFC.
