Meeting of Directors held Wednesday May 24th 1893.
Present W.R. Clayton Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Baxter, Griffiths, Atkinson,
Leyland & Davies.
Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
League Rules were considered. Resolved Mr. Clayton & the Sec.
Meeting attend meeting in Manchester in Friday next.
Association Meeting. Resolved Mr. Clayton & the Sec. attend Association
Annual Meeting in London on the 31st inst.
League Resolved Mr. Clayton & the Sec. attend the meeting next
Annual Meeting week for arrangement of Fixtures & C.
Storrier's Resolved the engagement of Storrier on Friday last be
Engagement confirmed. Terms - Bonus £10; Wages 25/- per week
from the 19th to August 1st; and 50/- per week from that
date to April 30th.
Bonus Resolved we pay P.D. Allan £10 fee for engaging Storrier.
P. Gordon Resolved we ask Liverpool to make an offer. The
transfer matter to be left with the Selection Committee.
Track Resolved this matter be left over.
Next Meeting Monday June 5th 1893.
Books & Resolved the accounts be made up to 30th April.
