Present W. R. Clayton Esq. (in the chair) Messrs, Coates, Griffiths, Jackson,

Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.
Team v Sunderland - Williams, Kelso, Howarth, Boyle, Holt, Stewart,
Latta, Bell, Geary, Chadwick, Milward with Maxwell as
reserve for Bell.
Do v Stockport - Jardine, Chadwick, Collins, Walker, Jones,
Jamieson, Reay, Murray, Hartley, McMillan, Elliott.
Directors in charge of Gate Saturday - Messrs Atkinson & Jackson.
Engagement of Resolved the following players be engaged
Players Lindsay until April 30th 1894 = Terms 40/- Summer 40/- Winter
Jardine " " " " " 30/- " 30/- "
Kelso " " " " " 60/- " 60/- " with
a bonus of £10.
Non Engagement Resolved we do not engage Rennie or Gordon for next
Season.
Groves Resolved the Chairman see the W.B. Albion Committee
to arrange for transfer of Groves amount to be left with
the Chairman.
Reynolds left over for the present.
Transfer of Resolved we get a consideration where possible for
Players transfer of any of our players.
Collins Resolved Bootle have his transfer free.

73 | Agreed that the Club should pay the players’ expenses for joining the Liverpool gym at reduced rates |
91 | F. Geary appeared before the directors concerning his behaviour towards the spectators. |
113 | Agreed to give a match at Goodison Park for the benefit match for the unwaged. |
132 | Resolved that a letter be written to Porcupine saying the explanation re: stoppage of draws is not satisfactory. |
208 | Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms. |
211 | Reserve Team to have a gold medal each. |
243 | Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team |
245 | Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth |
286 | Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required. |
295 | Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office. |
