Agreement	Resolved that the agreement prepared by the Co's Solicitors
		between the E. F. Club and the Company be approved 
		& that the Seal of the Company be affixed thereto.

Picnic		Resolved that Messrs Clayton, Davies, Griffiths & Currier
		act as Sub Committee to carry out the Picnic arranged
		to be held at the meeting of the Committee of the Club on
		Monday last.

Keys of Seal	Resolved that the Chairman hold one Key & the Secretary
		the other one.

Quorum		Resolved that five form a Quorum at the Meeting of
		Directors.

Articles & Memo	Resolved that the Secretary get 500 copies printed & 
of Association	that they be sold to shareholders at 1/- each.

Athletic Sports	Resolved that the Company take up the Athletic Festival
		as proposed by the Club & that a Committee be formed for the
		purpose of working it out & that the Board of Directors be
		the Committee with power to add to their number & that
		the old Athletic Committee be called together for Wednesday
		July 13th at 7-30 place of meeting to be fixed at next
		meeting of Directors.

Season Tickets	Resolved that there be three prices of Season Tickets
		viz. to admit one to ground 10/6, Members Covd. Stand 15/-,
		Reserved Covd. Stand 21/-.

Transfer of Tickets Resolved that Holders of Members Tickets have the
		privilege of transferring same for Reserved Stand Ticket
		on payment of 6/-.
EVENTS
43 Agreed that the Secretary arrange eggs, sherry and coffee for the players’ training in the morning
73 Agreed that the Club should pay the players’ expenses for joining the Liverpool gym at reduced rates
91 F. Geary appeared before the directors concerning his behaviour towards the spectators.
113 Agreed to give a match at Goodison Park for the benefit match for the unwaged.
132 Resolved that a letter be written to Porcupine saying the explanation re: stoppage of draws is not satisfactory.
208 Parry suspended. Notice of his suspension to be posted on in the dressing rooms.
211 Reserve Team to have a gold medal each.
243 Resolved Mr. Hinchcliffe be allowed to photograph team
245 Resolved on the purchase of 2 medals for Bell and Southworth
286 Resolved that Elliott be engaged as Assistant Trainer & Groundsman to play when required.
295 Resolved to give Stoke £20 for the transfer of Maxwell & to find him a place in a solicitors’ office.
365 Resolved to give 11 players medals for winning the Combination Championship
444 Resolved that the Ground Committee be authorised to have rooms covered over, urinals erected etc.
