Telegrams to	Resolved the Secretary arrange for sending wires to the
Ground		Everton Ground every quarter of an hour from Manchester.

Transfer Fee	Resolved the resolution fixing 1/- be rescinded & that the
		charge be 2/6 instead of 1/-.

Band for Satdy	Resolved we accept offer of Band £3.3.0 and that the Sec
		arrange for 3 Waggonettes from Railton.

Dinner on Satdy	Resolved we accept the generous offer of Mr. Bush to give
		Dinner on Saturday night if we win.

Sheffield United Resolved we accept their offer to play the match here on
Match		April 26th. They take half of the two Gates for matches
		played.

Bath Ticket	Resolved Latta have an Annual Bath Ticket 21/-
		& that in future any player applying for one, Mr. Davies
		be authorised to grant same.

Travelling a/c	Resolved the expenses of Mr. Fisher at B'burn Yesterday
		be paid by the Club.

Transfer of Shares (15) From R. Wilson to J. H. Richardson.

Scrip		Resolved we accept Mawdsleys design. Colours to be
		Pale Blue for free shares: white for ordinary, the Sec.
