Meeting of Directors held Monday Jany 23rd 1893
Present W. Jackson Esq. (in the Chair) Messrs Griffiths, Baxter, Atkinson,
Coates, Leyland, Clayton & Davies.
Minutes of two meetings read & confirmed.
Team v Stoke same as played against West Bromwich on Saturday.
" v Rovers left over until Thursday night.
Bonus re Resolved the players who played in Cup tie on Saturday
Cup Tie receive bonus together with trainer only.
Bonus for Resolved for future League matches we offer team
League matches 20/- for win & 10/- for draw away & 10/- for win at home.
Lan. Ass. Resolved the Sec. attend meeting tomorrow & also offer
Meeting Rovers £40 to play here on Saturday next or two thirds of
Gate.
Mortgage Bonds Left over until next meeting.
Cup Team to Resolved we send the Cup team to Hoylake from
Hoylake Wednesday to Friday next.
Directors to Resolved Mr Atkinson go on Saturday next also the
Stoke secretary if he can make it convenient to go.
Directors in Messrs Jackson & Coates, take charge on
Charge of Gate Saturday next.
