Cup Ties of the 9th be rescinded.
Resolved we offer the Team 40/- for each tie won.
Special Training Resolved the Secretary provide Lunch &c each day as
required for the Players under special training -
Elliott, Jamieson & Jardine to be included.
The Sec write to Chadwick & Howarth re their
training & also say we will pay their out of pocket
expenses.
Docs a/c Resolved we instruct our Solicitors to apply
for payment at once.
Share Capital Resolved the Sec send out printed notices to those
unpaid Shareholders who have not paid up their calls.
Adv. Resolved the Adv. Committee be requested to
consider the question of our future advertising.
Auditors Resolved we ask the Auditors be requested to
proceed with the auditing as quickly as possible.
Stewards admission Resolved the Stewards be admitted free up to 2-0
on Saturday next & Mr. Wilson to have discretion of allowing others
after that time.
Stewards Resolved Messrs Leece, Plant & Whittle be elected
Stewards.
