Meeting of Directors held at Bee Hotel Thursday Jany 5th 1893
Present G. Mahon Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Atkinson, Leyland,
Griffiths, Clayton, Jackson, Davies & Coates.
Minutes of two Meetings read & confirmed.
Waifs & Strays The Sec. stated there would be £13.5.9 to divide
Match between Major Lester & Father Nugent after paying expenses.
Docs a/c Resolved the Sec. write & ask for payment forthwith.
Lincoln City Resolved the Sec. write & ask for payment on or before
a/c Monday Jany 16th 1893 furling which the matter be
reported to the Association.
Boyle Resolved Boyle have permission to go home tomorrow
night for a week.
T. Campbell Resolved that in consequence of his not having
obeyed the instructions of the Directors to turn up & play at
Newcastle on Monday last, he be suspended until 30th
April 1893 & that the Sec write & ask him to refund
the money advanced to him on account of wages.
Glasgow Thistle Resolved they have the nett proceeds of Gate on Tuesday
last.
Millet The Sec. sign the letter also ask for terms for next Season.
Accounts Resolved Kelso's Doctors due £4.2.0 be paid.
Collinson Resolved the consideration of his engagement be left
over until beginning of next Season.
