Reports Reports were given of the 1st Team game
v Chelsea and of the 2nd Team game v Sheffield
Utd. Res.
LABONE, B. It was reported that an X-Ray
had shown that B. Labone had broken a
bone in his foot, but should be fit to play
in two weeks time.
FINNEY, A. It was reported that Sheffield Wed. had
18 not accepted our offer for the transfer of Finney.
D. LAW Mr. Carey reported that Huddersfield
(HUDDERSFIELD) Town would consider parting with Law on an
exchange basis. Thomas & Shackleton had been
mentioned as possibilities for exchange and it was
agreed that Mr. Searle & Mr. Carey should
negotiate to get Law if possible.
HOOD, J. It was reported that Aberdeen were
