FLOODLIT		It was reported that Barcelona would not

		there would not be a financial loss and the matter
		was left to Mr. Carey.

HICKSON			It was reported that numerous enquiries
		had been made regarding the transfer of Hickson,
		consequent on the acquisition of Sharkleton. Mr. Carey
		recommended that the present time was inopportune
		to consider parting with him and this was
		agreed.

SCOUTING		It was agreed to make the Scouting
		reports available to any Director who required them.

TRAINERS &		It was agreed to notify the Football League
COACHES PENSION	that the applicable members of our Staff preferred
		to remain in the Clubs pension scheme.

PRESS.			It was agreed not to allow the members
		of the Press into the Boardroom next Wednesday
		owing to the large number involved.

SHAREHOLDERS		It was agreed to circularise the
STAND		Shareholders to the effect that the regulation
		stating that the book of tickets must be presented
		with the match coupon would be enforced in future
		as far as the "Ladys" Ticket was concerned.
