Reports Reports were given of the 1st Team games
v Burnley & Fulham and of the 2nd Team
game v Sheffield Wed. Res.
It was reported that Parker was
making good progress, and Bramwell was
mending Laverick was doing light training
and had to take thing easily.
L. SHANNON It was reported that Shannon had
found a suitable House and it was agreed to
loan him £1800 on Mortgage at 5½% interest.
PROBATIONARY Mr. Carey reported that a scheme was
PROFESSIONALS being considered to allow probationary
professional players up to 25 in number for each
club between the ages of 15-18.
PLAYERS A discussion took place on the need
to acquire players to strengthen the present
team. It was agreed to appoint a small
Sub-Committee with whom Mr. Carey could
discuss the transfer of players, and to help
