SHANNON It was reported that Shannon had found a suitable House and it was agreed to loan him £1800 on Mortgage at 5½% interest. PROBATIONARY Mr. Carey reported that a scheme was PROFESSIONALS being considered to allow probationary professional players up to 25 in number for each club between the ages of 15-18. PLAYERS A discussion took place on the need to acquire players to strengthen the present team. It was agreed to appoint a small Sub-Committee with whom Mr. Carey could discuss the transfer of players, and to help
