			Played in New York in May and June. Teams would
			fly out on May 17th and return on the 19th June,
			that is to say they would be away about 30 days.

			The competition is played in two sections with eight
		teams in each section, that is each time plays seven rounds
		and never plays without three days rest.

			The following English Clubs have been asked whether they
		would accept an invitation if invited — namely:—
		Everton, Wolves, Sheffield Wednesday and Cardiff. Cardiff is
		not regarded as a likely one.

			A guarantee would be given for each game of 2,500 dollars.
		In addition there will be 1,000 dollars for the winner of each
		section and 500 for the runner up.

			The teams in the final would return on August 1st and
		play one leg of the final in Montreal on August 3rd and New
		York on August 6th and would return to England on August 7th.

			9,000 Dollars would be divided between the two finalists,
		either equally or 60/40%.

			The permitted number of the party would be 20.

			The English side would fly over from Prestwick and would
		have to pay their travelling expenses to the airport.

			The selected team would stay at the Governor Clinton Hotel
		and would be allowed one dollar for breakfast and five dollars
		for lunch and dinner.
